Pete Spohn, founder and lead consultant of Spohn Consulting, brings more than 25 years of experience in fluoropolymer processing, applications, and product development. He has held senior management positions in R&D and new product development at multinational companies, where he helped grow several fluoropolymer businesses to multimillion-dollar levels.

Pete’s technical experience spans the full fluoropolymer value chain, including polymerization, finishing, fabrication, material selection, process development, equipment design and selection, installation, and startup. His broad industry experience enables him to provide practical solutions to complex processing, product, and application challenges.

Pete is also the holder of 19 patents covering technologies related to fluoropolymer materials, processing, equipment, and applications.
